Paul joins Guardian Realty as our Business Manager. He leads business development across the agency and brings a mix of real estate and finance experience that few in the industry can offer.

Paul holds a Class 1 Real Estate Licence and is a qualified auctioneer, so he knows the sales process from the first appraisal through to the fall of the hammer. He's also an accredited mortgage broker with Ace Lending Solutions. He has helped clients with owner-occupier and investment home loans, construction and bridging finance, and commercial lending, working with a wide range of banks and lenders across Australia.

That mix of skills means Paul can look at the whole picture for buyers, sellers, investors and landlords. That might mean working out what a client can borrow before they start looking, or helping a seller line up finance for their next move. He makes sure Guardian clients are supported at every step.

Paul sees himself as a driven, goal-focused leader. He gets the most satisfaction from helping the people around him reach their full potential, and that's why he's such a great asset to the Guardian team and our clients across Sydney.
