Guardian Property Alert
Let us do the searching for you
In the Hills District, the right home often comes down to timing. Guardian Property Alert does the hard work for you: tell us once what you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know as soon as a matching property comes up, often before it’s advertised anywhere else.
Get invitations to exclusive VIP inspections of new properties before they’re advertised to the public.
The moment a property matching your criteria comes up, we’ll email you the details, so you never miss the right one.
See what similar properties are actually selling for, so you know what homes are worth in the suburbs you’re watching.
Skip the sign-in queue at our open homes. Your details are already with us, so you can walk straight in.
Email and SMS updates on properties you’ve inspected, plus auction reminders for homes that match your search.
Save your favourite properties in one place and come back to them any time, along with market updates from our team.
