1973
Where it beganOur iconic signage has been part of The Hills’ landscape since 1973. Guardian Realty began life as Nationwide Realty, operating from the same Round Corner Dural office we use now. Rebranded later to Guardian Realty, our reputation as The Hills’ largest and most successful property agency was firmly established.
2009
A local returnsBen Jobberns, a Pacific Hills alumni, returned to his roots in The Hills, working as an auctioneer.
2010
A new eraBen teamed up with Stephen Giacomelli to relaunch Guardian Realty as the leading real estate business in the area. A branding refresh with our distinctive green colour heralded a new era in the property market in the Hills District.
2016
Castle Hill opensGuardian Realty Castle Hill was born, strategically positioned to better support the growing buyer demand and to deliver the “Guardian” service to the community.
