Apply for a Guardian rental
Thanks for your interest in one of our rental properties. If you’ve inspected one of our homes and would like to apply, you can complete your tenancy application online through Snug using the link below. It only takes a few minutes, and you can use the same profile to apply for other Guardian properties too.
Having these ready will help us process your application quickly:
- Photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport
- Proof of income, such as recent payslips
- Your rental history and landlord or agent references
- Contact details for your employer
- Details of any pets you’d like to bring
- Submit your application online for the property you’ve inspected.
- Our team checks your details and contacts your references.
- We present your application to the landlord, who makes the final decision.
- If you’re approved, we’ll be in touch to arrange the lease signing, bond and move-in.
Please note: submitting an application, being approved or paying a holding deposit does not create a binding lease. A residential tenancy agreement only takes effect once it has been signed by both the tenant and the landlord or their agent. Until then, there is no obligation on either party to enter into the lease. Holding deposits are handled in line with NSW tenancy laws.
