Passionate about all things real estate, Jess Basile is our Marketing & Office Coordinator. She brings cohesion to our back-end processes alongside strengthening Guardian’s brand by seamlessly overseeing marketing activities across both offices. Jess is a lively, assertive and friendly individual with an excellent sense of humour – traits which come in handy as she deals with each member of our sales team throughout the week.

Jess holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and is currently completing a Masters of Business Administration. Jess loves the positive impact that the property industry has on people’s lives. She appreciates that our effectiveness in marketing your property can make an immeasurable difference to the lives of our vendors and buyers. A Castle Hill girl, Jess is delighted to be part of the Guardian Realty team because she admires the way we make every sale feel like an uplifting experience, rather than a transaction.
